Through our team of experienced help desk engineers, we provide first and second level support for a wide range of products and solutions. We will diagnose the problem and, in most cases, resolve the problem in line with the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). If, for some reason, we are unable to resolve the issue ourselves we will escalate the problem to the relevant manufacturer to effect a quick resolution.

All of our contracts are tailored to meet our customer requirements and expectations. They include (Service Level Agreement) SLA’s ranging from Mon- Fri 09.00 to 17.00 with an 8+8 cover, up to 24/7 cover with a 2 hour response.
The various SLA’s available are agreed after consultation with CMS Software and can be mixed and matched according to your sites individual requirements and system setup.
