Adest i-File


Adest i-File offers a comprehensive range of business specific document management features. This business edition of Adest Document Management contains the ability to integrate everyday office functions into one package.


Adest i-File has the ability to integrate directly into MS Office applications so that indexing, retrieving and editing of vital documents can be achieved without the need to jump between applications to accomplish it. I-File can even file emails directly from Outlook and store the related attachments with them.

Adest E-Office

Integrated with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Allowing the user the ability to index and retrieve directly into the document management core system without the need for printing and scanning first.


Adest Routing

This feature provides the ability to notify users with the system of a stored file you wish them to know about. An ideal use for this feature would be the scanning of post into a specific folder and then notifying a certain user group of the arrival of that post.


Adest Audit Trail

Audit Trail will detail all the activities of the users and what tasks they have completed during the course of there daily work.


Adest Archive

Relevant data stored on your database is always a key factor in improving retrieval speeds. Adest Archive will let you manage the period storage of data to aid general housekeeping of your database.
